One of my first Blender projects I made with the help of a “CG Fast Track” tutorial. This was even before the Blender course I later attended to see if Blender is the right software for me.
Some elements like the cave, floor and sword lightning have been created with Geometry Nodes. The sword is modeled by hand, the rune texture on the sword was kindly provided by the tutorial.
The character model aswell as it’s mocap data are from Mixamo. I did some tweaks on the armor to make it more reflective so it looks like actual metal.
Sound design wasn’t part of the tutorial so I had to do it myself.
